We are hiring for the following positions:


  • WEEKNIGHT SHIFTS: 4:00-9:00
  • WEEKEND SHIFTS: must have open availability for day and evening shifts
  • Hours per week 12-16
  • Retail Store Hours: Monday-Saturday10:00am-9:00pm / Sunday 11:00am-9:00pm

What Will I do?

  • Provide incredible customer service and address the needs of customers in a timely & effective manner
  • Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked
  • Operate POS Systems/Follow cash & credit card handling procedures
  • Restocking products, cash register sales, light cleaning, customer assistance and some product prep.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills-written and verbal in order to correctly enter and fulfill orders
  • Basic math functions (additions, subtractions, multiplication, division) and ability to use a calculator
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands

  • You’ll be on your feet a lot – this job involves standing and moving
  • You will need to be able to constantly stand, crouch, kneel, bend and reach above eye level and work with your hands
  • You’ll need to be able to lift up to 5 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally


  • Must be 18 Years old
  • Must be able to work in all departments(Chocolates,Bakery, Ice Cream).
  • Must  be able to work one or two week night shifts.
  • Must be available one or two weekend shifts.
  • 4 hour, 6 hour and 8 hour work shifts available
  • Hours per week  12 -16 hours  /  16-24 hours

Lead Retail Manager Position/ Part Time


The Lead Retail Manager is responsible for maintaining the everyday functions of retail operations in the Chocolate, Bakery, and Ice Cream departments. Reporting to the Lead Retail Manager are Departmental Retail Managers and Sales Staff. The Lead Retail Manager is responsible for scheduling daily, weekend, and evening sales shifts, resolving any issues associated with attendance, and must be available during all business hours to address any issues that the onsite Retail Manager may have. The Lead Retail Manager assists with hiring and must be available to work all sifts including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.

1.Lead Retail Manager Primary Responsibilities

  • Wait on customers, store fill, answer phones, and perform all the functions of a Retail Sales Manager for all departments
  • Schedule staff and department managers
  • Oversee and assist with the processing of wedding orders, corporate orders and customer requests
  • Cash management (POS, paperwork, policies and procedures, back office duties)
  • Work with Production Manager to proactively manage inventory levels
  • Manage sales floor product display and stocking, product rotation, floor neatness, and orderly presentation
  • Train and develop Retail Sales and Retail Management personnel.
  • Assign employees specific duties to staff members, plan and prepare work schedules, and maintain records,
  • Coordinate store opening, mid-day, and closing activities


 2. Other Requirements

  • This is a rotating Manager shift position for days, evenings, and weekends. Work hours to include weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and Holidays.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use a computer and basic software applications for scheduling and staff management
  • Ability to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, work and reach with your hands
  • Previous Retail Sales Management experience preferred

 3. This job description is not intended to be all inclusive. The Lead Retail Manager may need to work extended hours during holidays or periods of high     

          demand. The Lead Retail Manager may be required to fill in shift voids arising from staff attendance issues.
